Booking Terms and Conditions

The travel industry is well known for pricing fluctuations - sometimes daily or even hourly.  With this in mind, please understand that your quoted price is the best estimate available to me at the time of quotation.  No pricing is guaranteed until the first payment is made to lock in your reservation and secure your booking.  When working with me, my policy is to provide the best quotation possible.  If the price changes 5% or less between the time of my quote and when payment is made, I will submit payment through the payment method you provide to me for booking purposes.  If the price fluctuates by more than 5%, I will reach out to you to determine the best course of action.  You may decide a price increase is a stretch for your budget.  Or a price decrease may make you consider upgrading your vacation or accommodations.  Don't worry, we'll make the best decisions for your vacation together.  I will ask for you to acknowledge your agreement to this policy on the booking form you will submit to me towards the end of the planning phase.
